Localised Internal Packer

This method is for the repair of pipe and joint lengths of up to 5 metres even in case of strong infiltration. Fibre-glass reinforced laminates or stainless steel shells are used to restore the structural stability of the host pipe or replace part lengths.

Stainless steel shells are used for lining cracks or fragmentation with increased flexural stiffness
Standard form of this relining technique is the stainless steel shell with a locking system and a two-component epoxy resin

Applied to a special support such as CRF / CRF & fibre glass matting to be introduced into the defective host pipe
Durable sealing and stabilizing of the sewer pipe
Wide range of resin and hardeners offers the optimal solution for any given repair job
Pipe Stopper
The inflatable and flow through pipe plugs are optimally suited for bypassing, testing and repairing pipes.

Features :-

Used for cleaning, repairing, inspection and maintenance
Ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 Bar pressure and for high pressure plugging application
Available for pipe diameters ranging from 33mm to 2800mm.
Used in circular as well as egg-shaped pipes
Each gasket is fixed to a steel core thereby ensuring quick, perfect and safe handling.
Tests joints and pipe sections with inflatable standard test plugs and vent plugs
Usage varies from site to site for the leakage test kits as well as joint and manhole test devices
Optimal sealing of porous surfaces is possible with Superseal sleeve
